You will need to provide;

What are we looking for?
You will be an experienced recruiter who is fed up with making money for someone else and really want to ‘go it alone’ and have the drive and determination to succeed.
You will have experience of managing a branch, temp or perm desk
You will have an entrepreneurial flair with a real determination to succeed
It’s your business but we will help and enable you to make all the relevant decisions:
- The type of recruitment services you offer “temps or perms” – we have experience of both
- Targets – set your own ‘GP’ & Perm’ invoiced targets.
- Where you work – home, serviced office – your choice
- Who you work with and when the right time to hire someone is
- Which clients to deal with and what fee structure is right for you
