Associate Director � Accountancy and Finance Recruitment

Basic upto 50k with exceptional benefits and long term opportunity

Basic 50k + Benefits OTE 120K

Please note: this role will need you to be hands on and lead from the front

Experience of temp and permanent accountancy and finance recruitment experience essential

Opportunity of a lifetime to join a recruitment consultancy who are established in their market and are a household name in the accountancy and finance recruitment sector, now looking to expand their business and recruit a leader in the capacity of operations director within the business from the finance sector

Managing 2 permanent teams of 10 recruitment consultants and 2 temp recruitment teams each working in different verticals. � All of the recruitment consultants in the team are exceptional at new business and will need you to show motivation and knowledge to help them excel

This position has arose due to growth in their business.

This would require you to lead from the front and build the division by billing and then growing your team, your role will change as you change it.

Your focus will mainly to recruit into the banking and financial services commerce and industry sectors so recruitment knowledge of this area is essential

Key responsibilities

� General operation of the recruitment business
� Business development to enhance brand awareness
� Office growth, including office budget / targets
� Ensure office / recruitment team consistently hitting targets
� Internal Recruitment
� General office and business management, including, general operations, profit and loss, trainings, budgets, forecasting and appraisals

Your background

� Banking / Financial Services recruitment background
� Minimum of 5 years experience at management of a successful recruitment division or office.
� Hands on manager who leads from the front
� Experience at recruiting at Director level
� Interim recruitment experience desired
� Quality focused
