Description		This role is for an ongoing Viewings Person in Didsbury. To start we will need someone for a minimum of 6 hours per week. Spread between two hours Tuesday and Thursday evening and 2 hours Saturday afternoon. More hours/ a more varied role to be provided for right applicant. The job entails showing potential tenants around the property, providing infomation about location/housemates/house details and explaining the benefits of letting with shareshack and what we offer with that. Examples include the social events we hold and discounts throughout the city etc. Potenital applicant will be ideally based in Didsbury or nearby, must be able to drive, be confident and have a good sales type attitude. Preferably someone with a younger fresh attitude looking to progress into a more thorough role within our online advertising channels and possibly maintenance management. Wage is �6.50 per hour to start plus commission and mileage expenses. We are an established shared accommodation provider in Didsbury for over 12 years.
