Description		Designer / Senior Designer - Modular Building Northamptonshire �30,000 to �40,000 Opportunity for an experienced Modular Building Designer in a key role with a rapidly expanding company that's winning new building projects. You will need to have significant skills and experience in design of modular buildings, ideally on large permanent structures schemes and multi-storey (up to 10), for hotels and student accommodation. Experience with cold rolled steel frames, or timber frames for modular building, and/or panelised structures with a strong understanding of connections, layouts and buildability. Able to produce highly accurate working drawings for fabrication. The business is growing rapidly, and there is significant investment to ensure it continues its path to become one of the leaders in the sector. Ideally you will also therefore be experienced in growing and leading teams of people as it is expected that the team will need to grow in the near future. This and ability to develop and lead a team Large projects up to 800 units.
