Position: Estimators – trainee, intermediate and senior levels
Salary: £20-£34,000 + benefits dependant on experience
Location: East Yorkshire or East Anglia
The Company
I am currently working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading suppliers of relocatable modular buildings. They provide complete turnkey solutions from design to installation and maintenance across the UK and overseas. The company are currently looking to expand their preconstruction division and are specifically looking for Estimators or CAD Technicians with estimating experience to work out of their offices in East Anglia and the East Riding of Yorkshire
The Position
An increased workload has created new openings for experienced Estimators with backgrounds in construction and more specifically on modular solutions. The company is looking for estimators who are dynamic, adaptable, proactive and will be able to work on their own initiative. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working at intermediate or senior level within general construction or the modular sector.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager and Commercial Director the ideal candidates must be able to communicate effectively with clients, architects, surveyors or professional teams maintaining a strong working relationship. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a strong attention to detail. In addition they will need to be able to extract from the client what they require to develop costs or procure products.
The Rewards
The rewards for the successful candidate are excellent. The company are willing to pay to look at assistant, intermediate and senior level estimators therefore the initial starting salary will be completely dependent on the level of experience. All successful candidates will also be rewarded for hard work with an excellent benefits package including annual bonus, pension, private medical, 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays and car allowance for senior level candidates
Suitable candidates MUST have relevant estimating experience with a construction main contractor or specialist sub contractor.
