Description

Duties will involve: - Attending college on a regular basis and applying what you have learnt to the appropriate tasks given from the department. - following the tasks contained within the building services trainee log book for each placement and apply past learning and experience in order to support the work of the various disciplines. - Assist in the work of each department in order for that department to achieve it's primary goals and objectives - Demonstrating a growth in knowledge and understanding of building services and the aqua group by working to a high standard and being able to contribute to problem solving and complex issues as they occur. - Undertaking any other duties as requested by the person you are reporting to, which fall within the scope of the position. - Working in an office environment and on-site locations. The successful candidate will have: - A keen interest in heating, ventilation and air conditioning electrical system and their installation methods. -The ability to pursue 2-3 years further educations while maintaining a full time job. - Good communication skills, both written and oral. - The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines. - The ability to multi-task and be methodical. - A basic working knowledge of Microsoft work, excel and project. - The ability to carry out research. Salary is Negotiable
