POSITION
COMMIS CHEF

DUTIES
• As Commis chef you will be trained to run the breakfast, take responsibilities for deliveries, knowledge of stock rotation, temperature recording and opening procedures.
• The successful breakfast chef must have good working practices in wastage control & have knowledge of up-to-date Food Safety & Hygiene Regulations.
• 5 days over 7.
• Larder section, hot & cold preparation & delivery will also be part of your daily duties

HOTEL
