Our Client requires an experienced (min 36 months) consultant to join the expanding Technical & Engineering recruitment team. You will be expected to market the business effectively and grow your desk accordingly. A flair for sales and business development is a pre requisite. The team is growing and as such further responsibility may soon be offered, as well as training and personal mentoring from your first day. You will join a professional and motivated working environment, and be rewarded for hard work and determination. The Requirements You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record within Technical/Engineering recruitment both perms and contracts, although strong candidates from other disciplines will be considered. You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within this recruitment sector, and be aware of the current economic climate and challenges. Ideally you will currently work within the local area and have an understanding of business activity. Sales minded and a self-starter, you will possess the relevant personal management skills to drive your desk forward.
