Description

Are you a bilingual candidate with one of the following languages, French, Spanish or Italian if so an exciting opportunity has arisen to join this professional and friendly company based in Andover to support the European and Middle Eastern Sales Teams.

Key Tasks:
Maximise sales of Print, Electronic and Microfilm products within the territories by phone contact with customers and distributors.
Liaise with Customer Services department to generate customer renewals list to forward on to the sales teams
Assist the MEASNE sales teams in the processing of online and microfilm renewals.
Provide initial product information to customers & follow up by telephone
Liaise with MEASNE sales to prepare customer quotations
Undertake initial market research (eg. identifying appropriate institutions, societies, customers that would be interested in the CL LR product range).
Creation of mailing lists.
Work with the MEASNE sales team and the Marketing department to follow up on targeted marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure that promotional material is sent out to distributors and customers on a regular basis.
Provide initial product information to customers or sales leads.
Provide basic quotes to customers and distributors.
Qualify any sales leads that may come through the website.
Set up and follow up product trials for new and existing customers.
Assist Sales Manager � MEASE in any sales reporting duties.
Updating CRMS
