A national leading NVQ Education and Employment Training provider are going through major growth and expansion. Due to the continuing success of the organisation, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
ROLE
My client is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to assist with the development and strengthening of relationships with employers in order to sell Training Groups range of services, in turn achieving regional and Company budgeted and targeted revenue and profitability.
You will be responsible for ensuring that individual, regional and contractual targets are met as agreed with the Sales Director. You will be required to provide active management of a field based sales force through goal objective setting, monthly 1:1s and annual reviews, ensure that internal and external leads are followed up, as well as monitoring conversion leads.
REQUIREMENTS
As a key player within the Company you must have the ability to communicate at all levels, have the ability to create budgets, forecasts and management summaries, have experience in leading a sales team across diverse locations, and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen ideally with an understanding of the commercial drivers within a learning provider industry.
Extensive travel across multi sites is required within the role. The Training Group is passionate about improving skills, raising aspirations and developing opportunities for our staff and clients.
