Description		Have you previously worked in a professional sales recruitment environment? Do you have welfare to work experience and knowledge of the local labour market? Do you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle? If so, then this is the perfect role for you. As part of our Employability Team, you�ll help our clients enter or return to the workplace by finding suitable vacancies, work placements and training routes. Your outgoing and approachable nature will enable you to build strong relationships with local employers and develop an excellent understanding of the local labour market. But that�s not all � your ability to listen to our clients, often facing difficult circumstances and understand their motivations will help you to match these opportunities enabling them to achieve their goals � now that�s job satisfaction. No two days are the same. You could be using your skills to match clients to suitable opportunities, going out to meet employers to identify placements or permanent positions, representing the JHP Group at exhibitions or catching up on the paperwork. To meet your targets you�ll need to be highly motivated, organised and able to use your own initiative.
