Description		I'm currently working with a national training provider and awarding body who specialise in Care. They require Two Regional Managers to cover the North West (Manchester and surrounds) and also the South West (Birmingham to Somerset). After an initial phase of interviews, they have been unable to find anyone quite right, and are very keen to hear from anyone who thinks they have the relevant experience which must include Business Management, Customer Service (ideally to degree level) and extensive experience in Care. (CCLD, HSC, CCYP etc.) Salary- � 35,479 PA + negotiable benefits package 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases after first year) Job Purpose: To manage and deliver all regional support, quality and sales services and processes to continually support the delivery of a portfolio of products and services, through their life cycle in their region, that meet the requirements of customers and markets, and enhance relationships with customers and stakeholders.
