.Net Developer – ASP.NET / C# / Ajax / VB.NET / SQL server / SOAP / HTTP / XML – Selby

A leading Software House requires a highly skilled Software Developer with experience of leading a team.

Skills – You will be a seasoned ASP.Net developer and will have been working with this technology along with C# for a number of years. You will have recent experience of leading a team of developers and will have the great communication skills that this challenge requires. The ideal candidate will have been working with SQL Server 2008 and will be fluent in XML reading writing and distribution. You will come from a strong web background, involving web services over SOAP and HTTP. You must be passionate about web development. Your application will be greatly strengthened with experience in Ajax.

Role – As .Net Developer you must be capable of providing responsive and quality expertise to enable you to translate business objectives into detailed, high quality solution designs across both web and mobile platforms. You will lead development through all stages of the project lifecycle, sometimes working individually, sometimes as part of a team, leading from the front. This will be achieved through use of your exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and you must be willing to mentor junior developers. An awareness of new technological developments and the ability to respond to these are key to keeping the client at the cutting edge.
