Chef de Partie - Chance to work with a Michelin st

The new Michelin starred head chef is looking for a confident Chef de Partie that will help him/her develop a brigade and turned around this failing establishment. They are looking to achieve accreditations in the near future. This Hotel has proved to be popular wedding venue and as such there is a certain amount of emphasis on banqueting.
Qualifications/Experience required:

Previous CDP experience in an establishment that had a mixture of catering outlets is essential for this position; applicants must be comfortable with quality volume cooking. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have excellent experience in a similar establishment.

It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references.
