Description		My Client is looking to recruit an exceptional individual for their dealership in Hanwell. With a minimum salary of �30k OTE per year. They are a privately owned award winning Car Dealership specialising in new and used cars across London and the Home Counties. Proud to be franchise partners for Nissan, Peugeot and Kia throughout the region. The Ideal candidate needs to have proven experience within sales. Sales in the Motor Industry not essential. You will be looking to develop a high performing career in a competitive and progressive environment and will have the personality, communication skills and commitment to deliver the highest standard of customer service and professionalism. Job Description You will be expected to achieve and even exceed sale targets. Follow a planned product presentation including customer greeting, demonstration and close. Maintain rapport with customers in order to gain repeat business, or referrals. Ensure you have in-depth knowledge of all products, accessories and prices Deliver excellent customer service and deal with any queries or complaints effectively Some administration duties, alongside the closing of sales. Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange To work in a safe and healthy manner and be aware and report hazards which may affect others Key Skills You should have excellent customer service skills Ability to influence and persuade Knowledge of all products Experience in sales environment is essential Good listening skills Confident and assertive Professional appearance and manner Friendly and courteous Motivated Must have clean driving license.
