Exciting sales opportunity, in an attractive Middle Eastern location.
Swap this:- one of the coldest winters for over 20years, traffic mayhem, ever increasing tax liabilities, another dreary election on the horizon and petrol costs over £1.10 a liter and all your customers are facing ruin as the government finds yet more ways to kill the licensed industry and close pubs!
For this: - fabulous weather all year round (OK, admittedly July, August can get a bit steamy). Excellent social life, great family life, tax free earnings, no council tax, petrol costs circa £0.10p a liter and your apartment will be fully expensed (no quarterly bills for water, gas, electric). Equally as important is the fact that you can drive across your whole territory within 40mins, traffic jams are non-existent (in comparison to UK jams) and you will be working with a phenomenal team in a diverse cultural environment.
The Challenge
You will be expected to work hard, operate as a solid team player, contribute effectively to the on-going success of this organization and establish yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted expert in your product area.
Developing and hosting product launches, delivering public speaking engagements to interested groups and of course being present for all those sponsored events (which could see you leaping from a diving board dressed in a Kilt with bright orange paper mache wings in front of hundreds of people).
Experience Required
This is a rapidly developing company and as such they need someone who is naturally out going, competitive (in a nice way), driven and professional. You will have a genuine passion for wine and a contagious enthusiasm for the product. Your selling style will be ‘WOW Factor’ not ‘Chalky Soil Gives this wine a ….’ style!
Most importantly, you will love change, enjoy meeting and working with diverse cultures, be able to take the rough with the smooth (being an expat isn’t easy), have a winners mentality and be a ‘Glass Half Full’ individual who embraces the opportunity.
You will of course be a proven sales professional with experience in the wine and spirits sector
Salary: c£22,000 (tax free) + Fully expensed apartment, car allowance, annual flights home, 30 days holiday, Full Medical, Laundry Allowance, Cargo Allowance, Excellent Bonus Scheme
