The Responsibilities You’ll evaluate current programs as well as develop and implement reward initatives across the business. You’ll be responsible for managing all annual activities for the UK including, salary review, bonus payments and job evaluation. The Person You must be an experienced Compensation and Benefits specialist with broad knowledge of HR principles and practices. You’ll be financially and commercially astute with excellent planning and analytical skills. You must have experience in a managerial role with advanced Excel Skills and a high level of numerical skills.
