Description		This role is responsible for supporting the PM in re-defining and re-designing the functions of service management and operations and assisting in the generation of the Service Management framework. You will provide gap analysis, project documentation, tracking and reporting so must have excellent MS Office skills especially PowerPoint and visio. You will collate structured recommendations which can be implemented in the following months. A general understanding of Service Management functions or ITIL is highly desirable. Candidates need good questioning skills, stakeholder management and a structured approach to documentation with a proven ability to multi task. Telecoms preferred.
