Three things struck me about cv-library.co.uk. The first was that there are genuine, helpful people on the telephone who will assist you to find your way around how it all works. For a computerphobe like me that was reassuring. The second was that with such a huge database I was able to easily recruit specialist technicians from right the way across the UK without a big advertising spend. The third thing is that the email addresses and telephone numbers are there, under my nose. If a candidate looked interesting I could call them up straight away.
