Our client is a global Accountancy and Business Advisory firm who have been operating for many years and possess an impeccable reputation. They focus on developing public and private businesses from SME’s to large Corporate’s. They provide a wide range of services and this particular role will be to join the Corporate Finance team.
With dedicated corporate finance advisers in each office, they work with clients to facilitate their transaction and achieve business goals. Their team helps boost client business's appeal to investors, maximise funding options, identify and negotiate with target businesses or potential acquirers or help them through the complex process of gaining a listing
Main Duties:
* To assist the rest of the team in connection with both lead advisory transactions (25%) and financial due diligence (75%) to include:
• Financial analysis and review of businesses
• Preparing financial information
• Undertaking research on target companies
• Financial modelling
• Share valuations
• Preparation of written documents to include due diligence reports, information memorandums etc
• Involvement in the planning, execution and finalisation of the assignments supporting the rest of the team
• Willing and open to take on tasks and challenges
• Must demonstrate strong team playing skills in all client and internal management dealings.
• Able to develop professional relationships within the firm, with intermediaries and with clients
Main Skills and Experience:
• Qualified Accountant. ACA/ICAS/ACCA
• •Strong working knowledge and application of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Sage Winforecasting useful but not essential
• Excellent standard of written English
• Ability to work under own initiative and to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills
Candidates must also drive.
