Finance Manager / Financial Controller

A leading social housing repair and maintenance contractor urgently requires:
Commercial Finance Controller / Finance Manager

Salary/rate £50000 - £65000/annum Company Car
Location London
Description Our client is a leading repair and maintenance (& refurbishment) contractor servicing the social housing sector.

Due to ongoing success and growth, they urgently need to employ an experienced Finance Manager/Finance Controller to cover 6-7 branches in and around the south west London-Central London area

Applicants must have experience/be:
• Have at least 5 years experience working for a service organisation that services the public sector
•Have ideally worked for a repair and maintenance/refurbishment contractor OR Facilities Management business supporting the public sector
•(Ideally) Have an accountancy degree
•Be a car driver with a full license, and be willing to travel between branches on a regular basis
•Have excellent communication skills, face to face, over the telephone and written
•Have a strong commercial and operational understanding (and have ideally worked on mobilisations of staff)
•Be experienced in financial forecasts, budgeting, monthly and yearly management accounts production, WIPS
•Be able to work in the UK without restriction
•Be reference check-able
•HAVE NOT come from a practice background
•Can demonstrate stable periods of employment
