Payroll Manager

A driven and highly personable Payroll Manager is required for our client a leading National retail company. You will be responsible for the management of a payroll team responsible for the delivery of multi-sited payrolls for over 3000 employee, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all payrolls, conducting payroll reconciliations through to the production of year end returns. Additional duties within this varied role will be to undertake payroll projects from payroll systems, reviewing payroll process through to Auto Enrolment and RTI projects. Candidates recommended for this role will be required to display strong payroll management experience, exposure to high volume payrolls, payroll projects and stakeholder relationship management.
