Mortgage Advisor – Whole of Market

Location: North London/West London/South London/East London

Basic Salary: up to £25k

Realistic OTE: £80k

This large, Independent and well established Estate Agents are looking for ambitious and career driven Mortgage Advisers to join their rapidly expanding team. With numerous branches throughout London you will be dealing with Mid to High Net Worth clients.

The Role:

• Whole of Market
• Basic Salary up to £25k
• Up to 40% commission splits – no threshold!!
• Mid to High Net Worth Clientele
• Inundated with leads!!
• Advisers are currently earning between £55k - £80k
• Working only 5 days a week
• Based in one of their numerous estate agency branches
• Fantastic career progression
• Full compliance and admin support

The person:

You will have a minimum of 6 months estate agency experience or have a whole of market background. You will be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
