Role : Team Mate Implementation Analyst
Location : South London
Salary : £30,000- £50,000

Reporting to the EMEA Services Manager, this role is primarily responsible for implementation consulting and training on TeamMate products, responding to proposals, delivering presentations and assisting customers with functional support queries.

The chosen candidate will receive product and technical assistance from industry experienced professionals and is then subsequently expected to take responsibility for his / her own professional development albeit with the full support of the Services manager and his / her peers in the Services team.

" Consult, implement, train, present and support the TeamMate suite of products which include:

" TeamRisk - Risk Assessment
" TeamSchedule - Planning and Scheduling
" TeamMate TEC - Time and Expense Capture
" TeamMate EWP - Documentation and Reporting
" TeamCentral - Issues Tracking and Management Information

" This role is a combination of office based (central London) and offsite work. Up to 60% travel may be required primarily in UK and Europe with occasional travel to Africa, Middle East and the US.
" Assisting with new business development utilising consultative sales processes.
" Assist the company in areas such as:
o New product development.
o Product enhancements.

Prospects

" Developing and maintaining a broad understanding of workflows within Internal Audit, Compliance and investigation teams across a wide range of sectors and industries.

" Balance assistance between product implementation, customer training and where required customer support.

" Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of company processes and systems to resolve or direct customer queries appropriately.

" Managing the introduction and implementation of new product versions into the existing client base thereby minimising any negative impact on the client's business whilst demonstrating the value of exploiting new product features.

Responsibilities

" Project-manage clients to ensure that the implementation is delivered on time and to client requirements.

" Provide comprehensive training to help teams get up-to-speed quickly to maximise the benefits of their new software and systems.

" Resolve customer's functional support queries in a timely manner.
" Gain experience with the supported applications and their underlying technologies.
" Assist with competitive analysis of similar software.

" Assist with QA testing of new version releases.

Relationships

" Building and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple levels.

" Manage client expectations in the many areas including:

o Product/Solution productivity
o Product/Solution implementation
o Product/Solution return on investment

" Build relationships with internal company stakeholders such as sales consultants and technical support.

" Maintain effective relationships with internal company service providers to ensure high quality customer service and support for clients.

EXPERIENCE

It is expected the candidate will have a strong technology and services background with a degree, and will have:

" An internal audit practitioner ideally with experience in using / configuring CCH TeamMate or a similar Audit Management System.

" A strong understanding of technology in business environments.

" The ability to work independently, and interpret client requirements applying them effectively to the TeamMate Suite.

" Persuasive, articulate and competitive.

" Excellent organisational and planning skills.

" Excellent written and oral communication skills.

" Excellent presentation skills demonstrating flair and enthusiasm.

" A team player approach, which recognises the importance of individual accountability within the group.

" The ability to work in a target driven and goal oriented environment.

" Fluent English is essential. Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.

This position would suit an established internal audit practitioner with a particular interest in IT, a flair for presenting to larger audiences and who enjoys the challenge and job satisfaction involved helping our customers successfully embed their internal audit methodology in TeamMate.
