ASSISTANT MANAGER SOUGHT BY LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION RETAILER IN LONDON.

My Client is a hugely successful luxury global brand ,with a beautiful store in the heart of London's luxury district.
They are now looking for a floor manager/ department manager to join their management team. As a large international business they offer excellent training and career prospects.

You will be looking after a team of c.20 people , and be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service. You will monitor KPI's , ensure standards of visual merchandising, stock replenishment, queue management and staff behaviour.

You will be an experienced mens or ladies luxury fashion retailer who also has management experience. You will enjoy working in the luxury and fast paced environment where the biggest satisfaction is ensuring your customers receive the highest possible level of customer service.
