CHEF DE PARTIE MICHELIN STAR OXON £21.5K + PCKG

It is not just the food that is outstanding at this country inn near at Chinnor. As chef de partie you will enjoy a package worth around £21.5k or more. That comprises salary, tips and low cost accommodation

There are many sous chefs who do not earn much more than that. For a chef de partie it is even towards the top end of London or city salaries.

There are 50 to 80 covers served by a brigade of 6 chefs. Shifts are as required depending upon the season but you will always have Sunday dinner and Monday off, adding a little stability to your social life. There are occasional functions up to 120 but then the restaurant closes.

Many Michelin starred establishment pay low wages for the privilege of working there. This establishment pays you what you are worth but will expect a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.

You will need to have an absolute right to work in the UK and speak good English. You will also need at least 2 years as a chef de partie in 3AAR or Michelin Star establishment or two years at least to junior sous level at a top 2AA Rosette establishment. This is a position for a strong chef de partie. The succesful chef de partie will also be expected to have stayed at least one year in the majority of their positions
