Great opportunity for a qualified and experienced GASTRO Sous Chef's.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef with a reputation for high standards.

Duties include:
-Cooking to a high standard both for the restaurant and events.
-Ensuring that all Health & Safety regulations are maintained.
-Training the junior team members.
-Cooking for the restaurant, room service, lounge and functions.
-Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

The menu is fresh and high volume.
