A Great Opportunity...
My client is currently looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist or Supervisor to be based in an idyllic location in Yateley, Hampshire. This fantastic family run hotel has just opened their Marco Pierre restaurant, which attracts guests from all over the country and abroad.

What is it all About...
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Receptionist to join the Front of House team working within this 3 star establishment . You will provide the guest with an efficient and friendly welcome and departure, while ensuring the department operates in an organised manner. Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests. To be familiar with the day`s business, including arrivals, departures, special requests. To have thorough understanding of all requirements when checking-in and/or checking-out a guest (confirm booking, length of stay, package). To offer guest services such as wake up call, newspaper, assistance with luggage upon check-in and communicate hotel services to guests, Handle all guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy. To assist in the smooth running of the front office desk during your shift.

What`s Expected...
The successful candidate must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service, be standards driven and detail-orientated. You will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will have held a previous role within a hotel reception with the possibility of this role evolving into a supervisory position.

The Reward...
You will be required to a rota 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern of 7pm- 3 pm or 3pm - 11pm. In return you can expect a competitive salary and meals on duty, 30 % off hotel rooms & dining within their new Marco Pierre restaurant, and possible overnight accomodation whenever necessary.
