INTERMEDIATE M&E QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Our client, a large M&E Contractor are looking for a Building Services Quantity Surveyors to join their existing teams

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of the following, but is not essential:

* Assessment of contract variations
* Preparing post contract enquiries
* Measurement & pricing of variations and valuations
* Regular review and negotiations with sub-contractors
* Financial management of mechanical and electrical works
* Working with the project team to oversee that appropriate records are kept and timely notifications are made to interested parties
