Civil Water & Wastewater Design Engineer

Mott MacDonald's Water Division continues to win and retain key frameworks with UK Water Companies and have a requirement for a Civil Water and Wastewater Treatment Design Engineer to work in our team delivering these challenging frameworks in collaboration with our delivery partners. Due to increasing workload in our Shifnal Design Centre, we are seeking a preferably Chartered Civil Design Engineer with water and wastewater experience, to join our team.

You will have:

- Water and wastewater experience
- A relevant civil engineering degree (preferably chartered)
- Experience in preparing feasibility, outline and detailed designs for water and wastewater treatment projects
- A strong technical focus
- A successful track record in working closely in partnership with clients and contractors
- A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios
- Proven client liaison and communication skills

You will join our experienced, motivated and growing team in our Shifnal office, preparing outline and detailed civil engineering designs, drawings, schedules, working closely with our client and contractor partners. Depending on your experience, you will participate in or lead technical meetings with our clients as well as the projects themselves. This appointment will provide you with the opportunity to apply and develop your technical and management skills through your project work and will provide excellent opportunities for you to advance your career in our rapidly expanding Water Division.
