PROJECT ENGINEER

Role Summary/Purpose
The Subsea Project Engineer will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of the complete / part subsea scope of work on a development / project together with the associated interface management.

- Project responsibility from the conceptual stage through to finished installation
- Executing FEED studies
- Supervision of subsea engineering projects
- Produce the engineering element of the project including; Design, Verification, Process & Procedures
- Supervise third party vendors as required
- Development of subsea project procedures
- Project planning, control and reporting
- Supervise subsea project planning and documentation
- Support Project Manager's project cost control
- Client reporting as specified
- Internal reporting as required
- Responsibility for project HSE & Quality requirements in accordance to company and client requirements
- Compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring projects are completed in scheduled time
- The company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to take on this role and build the function into a core element of the business and the future success of the company

Education and Qualifications
Requirements:
* 5-10 years experience working on subsea projects
* BSc in relevant engineering degree
* Preferable background in any of the following; inspection, repair, maintenance and construction
* Strong ability to prepare clear reports and evaluations
* Experienced in using relevant project software
