Process Engineer

Role: Process Engineer

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend, Glamorgan

Package: Up to £32,000 + Excellent Benefits

As a process engineer you will focus on providing a process improvement service to our production facility, identifying short to medium term actions which will improve and sustain overall performance across the key areas of efficiency, quality and profitability, ensuring maximum return on investments.

You will take responsibility for monitoring key elements of the production process and work with the relevant departments to make improvements or initiate improvement projects.

To be considered for this position, you must have process or production engineering experience, ideally with knowledge of manufacturing processes dealing with raw materials, cupola melting and continuous process improvement. You must have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline. As a Process Engineer, you must have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret and understand key process data and an understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also key.

Based in Bridgend, Glamorgan - This role is commutable from Swansea, Neath, Barry, Cardiff, Llanelli, Pontardawe, Aberdare, Pontypridd, Llantwit Major, Newport and Llantrisant.

If successful you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 to £32,000, 30 days annual leave, excellent pension, healthcare and life assurance scheme.
