Finance Business Partner

Our client is an international, multi disciplined, service sector organisation with significant operations across the UK. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering this is a highly commercial role which acts as the lynch pin between operations and finance. You will act as Business Partner to a £15million turnover division which is located mainly in the UK with a small operation in Eastern Europe. The role holder will ensure that the business requirements are defined, agreed and supported by the Business Partnering team. Support the Business Line Director in the provision of financial and commercial support and advice. Support the division in its business winning, bidding, project control and customer relationship activities.
Specifically you will:

- Provide insightful, topical and relevant management information that adds value to the overall results of the division
- Drive the monthly earning process ensuring accuracy in reporting, deliver and explain monthly results to the business management team
- Support line management teams in budget and forecast setting and in meeting/exceeding their financial targets
- Ensure project reviews are undertaken on a risk-related basis to provide appropriate financial control.

The successful candidate will be a service focused, driven individual who has the ability to collate financial and non financial information in order to produce insightful management information. You will act as a trusted, future focused peer to the business management team so you must possess the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels across a business.
