The role:
Admin and Customer Services Advisor - Leamington Spa Division
Required for immediate start to provide a telephone liaison for patients, NHS staff, Procurement and inter departmental staff, to ensure that customers’ equipment/home modifications etc are effectively and efficiently co-ordinated.
The Hours:
37.5 Mon-Fri, 9.00 am-5.00 pm
The skills required:
Proven customer services experience
Competent computer ability.
Empathetic demeanor
Clear, professional telephone voice
Relevant qualifications advantageous
