Customer Service Advisor
My client, an established Motor Insurance Broker based in central Hove require a New Claims Handler to join their busy and friendly customer service team.
Role Outline:
Working within a customer services team you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and recording new motor insurance claims onto the system and appointing the appropriate suppliers of services to the customer as quickly and accurately as possible. You will also liaise with policy holders and acknowledge the receipt of claim to them and relevant parties.
Motor claims handling experience would be ideal, especially taking notification of new claims, otherwise my client is looking for telephone based information handling and excellent customer service skills. The purpose of the role is to identify requirements and opportunities, ensuring they are met using their services where possible.
