Customer Service Executive - Aftercare Advisor

Salary: £16000 rising to £18000 within 6 months

Hours: 8.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday
One in 4 Saturdays between 9.45 and 4pm

Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive - Aftercare Advisor

As aftercare advisor / customer service executive you will be responsible for
*Receiving inbound calls from an existing client database
*Assist customers with general enquiries related to products that they have purchased
*Manage customers expectations and provide solutions where necessary
*Liaise with 3rd parties to investigate on the behalf of customers
*Complete paperwork to support aftercare matters and customer records

The Ideal candidate
*Will have previous customer service experience
*Will have strong communication skills
*Will have a positive and "can do" attitude
*Will have good administrative skills
*will have the ability to manage a difficult customer / situation professionally
