The Company:
Our client is a well established International Company

Main duties:
To provide multilingual Customer support to clients in Europe.

The Role:
- Dealing with incoming enquiries via email and over the phone
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all time
- Supporting the field-based team
- Coordinating information in between the different services/departments (sales, finance, shipping)
- Processing the orders and ensuring timely delivery

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in Italian (to mother tongue standards) as well as Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Previous experience is a customer service role is ideal
- Autonomous and organised
-Communication skills and telephone manners
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Salary:
£20k pa
