Sales and Customer Service Advisor

£7.00 per hour

Commission will be paid after a 3 month period

Hours: 40 hours a week between 9am and 7pm Monday & Friday

Vane recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established business based in Havant

Due to the development of a new team our client is now looking to recruit an outbound sales and customer service advisor to work within the insurance team

Our client offer financial planning for clients and do not cold call nay clients. All clients contacted are through referrals and follow up call backs to customers who have shown an interest within current products

As a sales and customer service advisor you will be responsible for

Making outbound calls to customers who have been referred or have enquired about current products and require call backs
Introduce themselves , offer advice where possible on current products and services and encourage the customer to pursue with it
Taking inbound calls from customers who are looking for advice and have general enquiries
Complete surveys and pass leads to qualified advisors to take on from this point and assist the customer with their claim
Overcome objections as and where necessary
Completing administrative duties The ideal candidate

Will have previous sales experience - soft sales rather than direct
Have strong customer service experience
Have strong communication skills
