The position for Sales Agent in Southport is no longer available
Sales / call centre agent required to identify potential work based learners through promoting Government funded training schemes.
Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
Issue letters and promotional materials to interested employers with timetabled follow up calls
Ensure compliance to Contact Centre procedures and processes
adhere to any National Account marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance to funding body and other client contracts and to external assessment and quality procedures, including awarding bodies for ISO, Matrix, TQS, IiP and Ofsted
Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible or passing effectively to colleagues
Record all communications accurately onto the company's database
You will be able to demonstrate:
Proven ability to meet individual sales and quality KPIs
A background of Contact Centres or a targeted customer service / sales environment
A positive 'can-do' approach
An organised approach to daily activities
Clear focus on who are employers and potential learners are and an empathy to their training needs
Works well as a team
Ability to be creative in thought processes
