This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading specialist agency within the Education Recruitment market. An opportunity has arisen in the Nottingham office to take on a Branch Manager role, managing an established team of 5 consultants, with a view to expanding the team in the very near future.
Whilst taking on the management and leading of the team, you will also be expected to build your own desk and bill. This is so that you will understand the market, build client relationships and lead from the front.
The Nottingham branch of the business covers a large territory, which can be further expanded with the right Manager on board. My client would like the new Branch Manager to drive the branch forward, further expanding the market, targeting new business, building exceptional client relationships and representing the best candidates in the market.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who is working within Healthcare/Public Sector recruitment at the moment. You will have experience of man-management and have been a 360 recruiter.
Ideally you will have been a temp/contract recruiter at some stage as this makes up a larger percentage of turnover compared to permanent recruitment.
You will be an excellent communicator and able to provide constructive and informative leadership to the team.
