Assessor / Trainer - Sales / Telesales

This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development and a "can do" attitude, a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within Sales / Telesales sector whilst being able to demonstrate quality of work. Motivation, enthusiasm and more importantly a flexible approach to work and duties are essential characteristics for this rewarding role.

The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has experience within Sales with sound knowledge and experience of apprenticeship delivery. D32/33, A1 or TAQA Qualified you will have assessed NVQ/QCF qualifications in Sales/Telesales in a previous role and have experience delivering apprenticeship contracts including functional skills to learners. Candidates that have a teaching qualification of PTLLS or above will be looked upon favourably along with candidates that hold the V1/IQA qualification although further training will be available for the right person. Based in Gloucester and managing a caseload of learners in the Gloucestershire area, you will be focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers.

Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills along with well developed written and oral skills. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will expected to travel to visit learners in the work place.
