Leading Technology Company based in Southampton is looking to recruit a highly experienced Java/J2EE Developer to lead a series of new Java based projects.

The role requires a Java/ J2EE developer who has sufficient knowledge of current technologies to help steer new and existing java applications and to assist in ground up design and development of a web subscription & payment service.

- An important attribute will be flexibility given a range of possible projects including the setting up of a subscription deployment model, website development and automatic software updating development.
- These projects are all new and will require the successful candidate to scope, architect and develop the solutions.
- This position would suit someone who is able to work with a variety of leading technologies and is able to select the best technologies to suit the project.

Key Skills required for this position include:
Java J2EE
HTML, Javascript, XLL, CSS

Any of the following skills is advantageous:
SQL, Ajax, JSON, Active Directory, RESTFul, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, C++, IIS, Tomcat, Tapestry, COM

Salary: 45K + Benefits (Company Contributed Personal Pension, Life Insurance and Medical Insurance).
