Business Analyst

To work with the business leads to realign and streamline business processes within Transactional Shared Services and to ensure that the service is making maximum use of the recently installed ERP system (Oracle). The services impacted are employment support, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Run workshops, and help develop potential solutions.
Work to the plan established by the Project Manager and liaise as appropriate with the project manager.

You will be well versed in the following:

Eliciting Requirements
Establishing the Business Requirements Document
Structured Analysis
Business Process Re-Engineering

Any background of ERP or transactional business processes is a benefit but not essential.
