Resource Manager (Reading)

Resource Manager to work for a division of one of the worlds largest Mobile Telecoms organisations. Our customer is the Professional Service division within the group and due to a internal promotion and a boom in business they are now seeking a Resource Manager to join their team based in Reading.

The nature of the role will be to work closely with both the sales and operations teams. Your role will be to allocate internal resource to specific projects and make sure that their work load is full. You will manage 3rd party IT recruitment companies and manage the recruitment process around IT Contractor resource.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has Resource Management experience or an experienced Recruitment Consultant that wants to move to a more operational role. Excellent communication skills are needed.
