IT Trainer/Application Support
A new opportunity with a FTSE company who are global has an opportunity which can be based in Manchester or Scotland, we are currently recruiting for a Business Application Support professional.
The purpose of this role is to support the core business systems, manage user relationships and drive improvements and efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes for business and bespoke systems. Supporting business systems as part of a project the training should be designed to incorporate use of the system with business processes and to provide comprehensive guidelines on how these systems should be used.
In this position your responsibilities will include;
Analysis of usability issues and development of tactical and strategic solutions across the business
Training needs analysis and design and implementation of training plans
Provide 3rd line support of internal business systems as required
Work with the Head of IS to ensure that application support and training strategies support business change.
This person must be prepared to travel extensively, proactive and take ownership The following skills are required;
Knowledge of a range of business system software (standard and bespoke) is highly essential for this role
At least 2 years plus experience of bespoke systems training planning and delivery and producing training course-ware and training material
Highly desirable to have; MS Dynamics AX or Navision, Sharepoint or Salesforce
IT support in a multi-site environment would be extremely advantageous Ideally TAP,IITT or CIPD qualified.
