Good commercial experience Visual Studio, IIS 7, ASP.Net (2.0 - 4.0), C#, XML, SQL Server, JavaScript, JS/JQuery or similar.
Some exposure to Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, CSS would be an advantage.
Solid understanding of user interaction and understand the importance of suitable interface design.
The ability to work as part of a team, taking instruction from the development manager and principal developers.
