Senior HR Advisor

Senior HR Advisor - Permanent - Carlisle - £30,000 to £32,000

Senior HR Advisor required to join a successful food manufacturing business based in Carlisle.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring an effective HR Support and advisory service to the managers and employees.

Duties will include supervising the delivery of effective performance management across the site, implement changes in the organisational structure, provide coaching to line managers on all matters relating to people management and ad hoc project work.

Suitable applicants will preferably be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of working in a HR role within a manufacturing environment. You will have a working knowledge of trade unions and experience of providing sound generalist HR advice.
