Our client is a privately funded start up business with a mandate to design, problem solve and produce precision parts and assemblies. The target market is the physically larger parts and assemblies for the automotive, aerospace and high end engineering sectors.

This is a key appointment to the management team and reports to the Managing Director.

The Role:

Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing from machine procurement through to project planning and organisation of production.

Work with cross functional colleagues in building relationships with customers through proactively promoting the company’s capability.

Assemble a production team capable of devising innovative solutions to complex problems.

The Candidate:

Graduate calibre with an engineering orientation. Can demonstrate a successful track record in devising and implementing solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Extensive understanding of machinery (including equipment selection) used in multiple application precision assemblies.

First class project management and communication skills.
