Manual CNC Miller

Manual CNC Miller required for a manufacturer based in Nottingham. The CNC Miller will be working within a new and modern workshop, machining aerospace / deep-sea precision parts to customer specifications and within AS9100 quality standards.

The Role
Machining low quantities of precision items in stainless steel, brass and aluminium
Able to set, programme and operate CNC milling machines with 4th axis
Knowledge / experience of CADCAM packages ideally Once CNC.
Full knowledge of all workshop equipment
Liaising with machine shop staff to ensure that products produced are to the specifications required
Ability to resolve queries and problems to best of knowledge before escalating up to next level. Ensure minimum occurrence of errors and provide workable solutions

Requirements
Previous experience as a CNC Miller
Knowledge and use of all machine shop equipment would be desirable
Good verbal and written communication skills, at all levels
The CNC Miller must have strong numerical and literacy skills
