Established in 1978 Linsco are an independently owned Recruitment business with over 30 years experience, we have an extensive client base and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and professional recruitment conduct to the commercial sector.
We require an experienced, sales focused individual to join our established commercial division in the capacity of Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader. You will be based at Linsco’s corporate Head Office in Nottingham’s Lace Market where you will benefit from the support of an established team, management and administration staff.
As Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader you will be required to mentor the existing commercial team, offering guidance and support to ensure that the team is successful and reaches it’s maximum potential, additionally you will build and maintain your own desk via proactive sales activity, developing relationships with new clients and strengthening existing partnerships to provide a first class recruitment service to both clients and personnel.
Skills & Experience
To be suitable for the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader you must have proven experience of running a temporary or permanent recruitment desk in a busy target driven environment. You will be a highly motivated team player, happy to join in with all aspects of day to day recruitment activities and must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook.
